Terms of Use

The terms on which this website is made available, who they are with, and the limits of what anything on it commits us to.

Last updated 2 September 2026

Draft — pending legal review. This document was prepared by the engineering team during the build of this website. It has not been reviewed by a qualified legal adviser and should not be relied on as a statement of your rights or our obligations until it has been.

Known gaps a reviewer must close

  • The registered office address and CIN of the contracting entity named below.
  • Whether these business-to-business terms need a consumer-facing counterpart, or whether the site’s audience makes that unnecessary.
  • Whether the liability position below is the one the company intends to take, and whether it is enforceable as drafted in the named jurisdiction.

Who these terms are with

This website is operated by Bralak AI Pvt. Ltd., a company registered in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, trading as Bralak AI. In this document, "we" and "us" mean that company, "this site" means this website and everything published on it, and "you" mean the person or organisation reading it.

An "engagement" means work we do for a client under a signed agreement. This site is not one. Questions about this document go to info@bralakai.com.

These terms cover the website only

These terms govern your use of this website. They are not the terms of an engagement. Any work we do for you is governed by a separate signed agreement, and where the two ever conflict, that agreement wins.

Nothing here is an offer or advice

The descriptions of services, technologies, architectures, processes and timelines on this site are illustrative. They describe how we typically work, not a commitment to work that way on your project, and none of them is an offer capable of acceptance.

Nothing on this site is legal, financial, medical or regulatory advice. The industry pages describe engineering approaches to operational workflows; they do not tell you what your obligations are in your sector, and they are not a compliance assessment.

Duration estimates

Where a phase duration appears on this site it is marked as typical and is exactly that — an estimate based on how engagements of that shape have run. It is not a delivery commitment. Any actual timeline is agreed in writing for the specific piece of work.

Intellectual property

The content, design, diagrams and code of this website belong to us unless stated otherwise. Third-party names appear on this site as factual references to technologies we work with, and remain the trademarks of their owners; their appearance implies no partnership, endorsement or certification, and none is claimed anywhere on this site.

You may read, quote and link to this site. You may not reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.

What you may not do here

Use of this site is subject to the Acceptable Use policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: do not attack it, do not scrape it abusively, and do not submit other people’s personal data through the contact form without their knowledge.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or error-free, and to the fullest extent the law allows we exclude liability for loss arising from your reliance on it.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of this site, are governed by the laws of India.

Exclusive jurisdiction over any such dispute lies with the courts at Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published here is the current one, and the date at the top of this page is when it last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the version then published.
